Both Pipe and Jones join the DMS Planning & Intelligence team reporting directly to DMS managing director, Elly Woolston.

DMS specialises in the charity & not-for-profit sector with clients including The National Trust, Oxfam and Cats Protection.

In his new role, Pipe will help clients identify ways in which digital channels can be used to achieve their goals.

"The whole fundraising sector appears to be on the verge of a digital revolution - and that's exactly where I like to be," Pipe said.

As data analyst, Jones is tasked with leading and growing the analysis function within the agency. He will help clients use data analysis to drive strategy and improve business performance.

Jones joins from Pathfinder Solutions in Melbourne, where he worked in data analysis and insight for clients including the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
